By selecting automatic payments, I authorize Nursing Made Easy to automatically charge my payment method for installment payments according to the agreed payment schedule until the balance is paid in full.
I understand and agree that:
Automatic payments will be processed on the scheduled due dates.
Payments are non-refundable once processed.
If a payment is declined, I will be responsible for submitting payment promptly to avoid interruption of training.
This authorization remains active until the balance is paid in full or written cancellation is approved by Nursing Made Easy.
Canceling automatic payments does not cancel my financial obligation.
